Loyalty Program
Do you carry out the majority of your financial transactions with the Credit Union? If not, you could be losing money. We reward loyal customers with a loyalty rebate!
Transaction Accounts
All transactions, including ATM withdrawals, are free of Credit Union charges with the exception of withdrawals made at ATMs whilst overseas (currently $4) and over the counter cheque withdrawals (currenlty $6.50 per cheque). Please refer to our Fees and Charges Table for a full list of other fees and charges. Members should always use ATMS that are part of the rediATM or NAB ATM networks to avoid of a possible charge by the ATM owner.
Monthly Card Fee
A card fee of $5 per month is charged to all members 18 years of age and older who have either a Visa card or Redicard attached to their membership. A maximum of $5 per month applies regardless of the number of cards a member may have. If a member has no cards attached to their membership there is no fee. Members under the age of 18 are exempt.
However, the card fee will be fully rebated if you have a minimum of $5,000 in combined loans, savings, investments or credit facilities in your Credit Union accounts during the month. That means members who qualify for the loyalty programme rebate can have unlimited free transactions every month.
