Important changes for all our members

ATMs

Times are changing and we are keeping pace! The ATM withdrawal fees charged to non-customers of the owning institution of an ATM have been eliminated by most big banks which means that our members can now withdraw cash from these ATMs and not incur an additional fee.

When it comes to non cash transactions, our members now have so many digital options available, including online and mobile banking, tap and pay with mobile phone / watch, instant payments through the New Payments Platform (NPP) - all these allow you to do your banking securely and easily, any time and any place.

Taking this into consideration, we have decided to remove ATMs from our branches.

How will this affect me?

Between Tuesday, 30 October 2018 and Tuesday 13 November 2018 we will be removing ATMs from our branches. On 1 January 2019, we will exit the rediATM network. Members choosing to withdraw cash from a rediATM from 1 January 2019 may incur an access fee charged by the ATM Owner. This same fee may be charged at other ATMs that are not owned by the major banks. At the time of each transaction members conduct at ATMs if an access or direct charge fee is to be charged, you will be advised of this and given the option to terminate the transaction.

Can I withdraw cash anywhere for free?

Yes you can. You now have free access to over 10,000 ATMs Australia-wide provided by Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, NAB, Westpac and St George.

How can I benefit from the digital services available?
